Ingredients to a Healthy, Yummy Smoothie

Warning! I was not ready to be filmed as you will be able to tell with my many awkward moments and frumpy looks!

  1. Love your hair!! It's grown so much since you were up here with us that Christmas. That smoothie looks fucking awesome, that thing would rock your socks.

    My current favorite smoothie recipe:

    1.5 c frozen berries
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 c almond butter
    2 tbsp cocoa or carob
    splash of Udo's or hemp oil
    1 tbsp maca
    1 tsp glutamine
    2 c coconut water
    1-2 c quick oats
    water to desired consistency

    Makes 50 oz smoothie, that's breakfast
